Mexico itineraries
We have created two sample itineraries to give you a taste of what you can do on a family trip to Mexico – and beyond. Our Best of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula starts in Cancun then escapes to the ‘real’ Mexico and the beautiful colonial cities of Valladolid and Izamal. Tour the famous ruins of Chichen Itza then dive into one of the many fabulous natural cenotes. Jungle, wildlife, snorkelling with turtles and time to relax on the Riviera Maya at a Caribbean beach resort.
Best of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula and Belize combines arguably the two most family-friendly countries in Central America. So you can tick off culture, activities, wildlife and beach, as well as some of the best snorkelling in the world, in a superb 15-day itinerary.
